Fees
All fees for our services are payable to Proacct Plus Wealth Solutions Pty Ltd. As part owners of Proacct Plus Wealth Solutions Pty Ltd, Gino and Anthony may share in the profits generated by the business.
Personal advice
We charge a fee for any personal advice we provide to you. This fee may be a fixed fee or based on the time required to prepare and deliver our advice.
Our advice fees typically range from $990 to $4,950, although higher fees may apply where your circumstances are more complex or where additional work is required.
The applicable fee will be discussed and agreed with you before we provide our services. Details of the fees payable will be disclosed in your Statement of Advice (SoA) or Record of Advice (RoA), where applicable.
Ongoing fees
Our ongoing fees vary depending on the scope and level of ongoing services we provide to you. These fees are generally charged as a percentage of the value of your investment portfolio and typically range from 0.33% to 1.99% per annum. Ongoing fees are usually deducted and paid on a monthly or quarterly basis.
The amount of the ongoing fee will depend on a range of factors, including the value of your assets under management, the complexity of your financial circumstances, the frequency of reviews, and the level of ongoing advice and services provided.
Any ongoing fee arrangement will be discussed and agreed with you before any fees are charged, and the details will be documented in the relevant advice and fee disclosure documents.
Brokerage fees
We do not charge brokerage fees for transactions we arrange on your behalf. However, brokerage or transaction costs may be charged by third-party providers who execute investment transactions or provide related services.
Any applicable brokerage, transaction costs, and other fees associated with recommended products or services will be disclosed to you in the Statement of Advice (SoA) or Record of Advice (RoA) that we provide.
Insurance Referral Fees
While we no longer provide life insurance advice, we may refer clients to specialist insurance advisers where appropriate. Where a referral results in the placement of a life insurance policy, we may receive a referral fee from the specialist adviser.
The referral fee may be up to 20% of the upfront commission received by the specialist adviser and up to 20% of any ongoing commission received by the specialist adviser for as long as the policy remains in force.
For example, if an insurance policy has an annual premium of $2,000 and the insurer pays the specialist adviser an upfront commission of 60% of the annual premium, the specialist adviser would receive $1,200, and we may receive a referral fee of $240 (being 20% of $1,200).
The insurer may also pay the specialist adviser an ongoing commission of 20% of the annual premium. Based on an annual premium of $2,000, the ongoing commission would be $400 per year, and we may receive a referral fee of $80 per year (being 20% of $400) for as long as the policy remains in force.
Any referral arrangements that apply to you will be disclosed where required.
Other Benefits
We may also receive additional benefits by way of sponsorship of educations seminars, conferences or training days. Details of any benefits received above $100 will be maintained on a register which is available to you on request.

Our representatives receive a base salary and do not receive commissions from product issuers. As part owners of the business, Anthony and Gino may share in any profits generated by the practice.
